Entrevista a Hugo Navarro, de Hunasai Arquitectura."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014<\/strong> <strong>What have been the main challenges you have faced in the project of these 4 Bachiller homes?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014<\/strong> One of the main challenges was transforming a former office building into four high-end residences. It wasn&#039;t just a matter of redistributing the space, but of completely reinterpreting it to create homes. <strong>bright, spacious and with their own identity.<\/strong> Offices typically have highly compartmentalized or overly open-plan structures, facilities designed for other uses, and a very different logic than residential spaces. Here, the challenge was to equip each dwelling with <strong>spatial hierarchy, privacy and maximum comfort, <\/strong>guaranteeing acoustic\/thermal insulation, energy efficiency and construction quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014<\/strong> <strong>And what inspired you to design them, or what were your references?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014<\/strong> We drew inspiration from a contemporary housing concept, designed for everyday well-being, striving to achieve this through spacious rooms, open yet balanced living areas, and high-quality materials that convey warmth. Furthermore, we are located in one of Valencia&#039;s finest residential areas, a well-established neighborhood with all amenities, and nestled beside one of the city&#039;s green lungs, the Viveros Gardens, as well as the Valencia Tennis Club, which offers a variety of sports, a gym, a spa, swimming pools, and several restaurants. Therefore, the homes had to be worthy of both the location and the future owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014<\/strong> <strong>What will be the main benefits that the end customer will enjoy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014<\/strong> El principal beneficio es que el cliente adquiere una vivienda que combina la personalidad de una intervenci\u00f3n integral sobre un edificio existente, con el confort y \u00a0las garant\u00edas de una obra nueva. Hemos trabajado con distribuciones muy funcionales y limpias, maximizando la superficie \u00fatil, con much\u00edsima capacidad de almacenaje \u2014que es algo que el cliente valora enormemente\u2014, y una selecci\u00f3n de materiales de primer nivel que no solo aportan est\u00e9tica, sino durabilidad y un mantenimiento\u00a0 controlado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014<\/strong> <strong>And what is your opinion of the selection of partners that JMC Homes has chosen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2014<\/strong> Regarding partners, we understand that JMC Homes&#039;s choice is key. The company works with leading brands, and this is evident in every detail. The collaboration with Porcelanosa Grupo provides a distinct advantage: quality in wall and floor coverings, bathrooms, kitchens, and technical solutions that elevate the project&#039;s standard.
